Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and PH768 Entertainment Ltd. ("ph768," "we," "us," "Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph768.vip and all associated subdomains and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account on ph768, clicking "I Accept," making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
ph768 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities conducted on this Platform are subject to PAGCOR's rules and regulations in addition to the terms set forth herein. In the event of conflict between this Agreement and PAGCOR regulations, the PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and maintain an account on ph768, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulation for all online casino gaming in the Philippines.
- You are legally permitted to participate in real-money online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
- You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of ph768, PH768 Entertainment Ltd., or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such persons.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by ph768 or PAGCOR at the time of registration.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
- You have not previously had a ph768 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes immediate grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
ph768 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: Philippine National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, PRC ID, or SSS card. Accounts that fail to complete identity verification within the period specified by ph768 may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.
Account Responsibilities
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on ph768. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through the use of different identities, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. ph768 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph768 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.
You must not allow any other person to access or use your ph768 account. Account sharing is a prohibited activity under these Terms. All transactions made through your account will be treated as having been made by you.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information. Notify ph768 promptly if any registered details change, particularly your mobile number, email address, or residential address. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or affect account security verification.
Deposits and Withdrawals
ph768 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All transactions on the Platform are denominated in PHP. The following payment methods are currently accepted: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20.
Deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and account tier.
- Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly.
- ph768 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The funding payment method must be registered in your own name.
- ph768 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from an account owned by the registered player.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as owned by the registered account holder.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 20 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
- ph768 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
- Funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal of any deposit amount. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements.
Bonuses and Promotions
ph768 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:
- Bonuses are credited to your ph768 account wallet and are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
- Each bonus promotion specifies its own wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x). This requirement must be met within the stated validity period.
- Bonuses not used or wagered within their validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice.
- Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
- ph768 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
- Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
- Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games available on ph768 are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
ph768 uses independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all applicable games. These systems are certified to produce genuinely random and fair outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results on any individual session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game, ph768 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's account. ph768 will not honor payouts that result from technical errors, software glitches, or incorrectly displayed information.
ph768 may, at its discretion, limit the maximum bet, maximum win, or maximum payout on any game. Players who attempt to circumvent these limits through technical means or account manipulation will have affected winnings voided.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph768 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering or maintaining more than one account on ph768 in your own or another person's identity.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human play.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games or tournaments.
- Attempting to access ph768 from a prohibited jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
- Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or otherwise deceiving ph768 during the verification process.
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits without authorization from ph768's support team.
- Accessing or attempting to access accounts other than your own.
Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property
All content on the ph768 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, artwork, logos, trademarks, user interface design, text, images, audio, and video elements, is the proprietary property of PH768 Entertainment Ltd. or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal gaming entertainment. This license does not extend to:
- Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without written authorization from ph768.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
- Using ph768 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
- Scraping, harvesting, or systematically collecting data from the Platform by automated means.
Privacy and Data Protection
ph768 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By registering on ph768, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph768 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services. Data is processed on the legal bases of contractual necessity, legitimate interest, and legal obligation.
ph768 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for platform operations and legal compliance. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph768, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity, or loss of data resulting from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or network failures beyond ph768's reasonable control.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers whose services are integrated into the Platform.
ph768's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits ph768's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Account Suspension and Termination
ph768 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected on the account.
- Request or instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
- Detection of the player on a self-exclusion or prohibition list.
- Determination that the player is located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
- Non-use of the account for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, ph768 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play. Verified real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ph768 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to any pending withdrawal verifications.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through ph768's customer support process. Most account and payment disputes can be resolved within 5 business days through this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph768's internal process, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, and thereafter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding against ph768 to the extent permitted under Philippine law.
Amendments to These Terms
ph768 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to the Platform. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
ph768 will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms through one or more of the following channels: email notification to your registered email address, an in-account notification, or a notice on the Platform's homepage. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the ph768 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
